CCE, provider of advanced CAD interoperability solutions, has announced major updates of its CAD interoperability toolkits to provide access to product data stored in CAD files from all major formats.

The recent updates round off a year of enhancements to its toolkits, including support for:

  • Latest versions of all major CAD formats
  • CATIA V5 Piping data
  • 2D drawing data
  • New geometric tolerance datum specifications, symbols, and indicators
  • 2D texture data

CCE has libraries to read and write data from latest versions of all major CAD formats, including V5-6R2022, R9 CGR, NX 2212, SOLIDWORKS 2023, Solid Edge 2023, Autodesk Inventor 2023, Creo 9.0, JT 10.7 and Parasolid 35.0 among others.

Besides licensing to major CAD/CAM software vendors, CCE also uses its interoperability technology in its own end-user CAD viewer and translator products. The latest in its suite of offering is EnSuite ReVue, a secure product design discussion hub that allows users to share 2D & 3D designs with stakeholders, create simple notes, record complex A/V notes with 3D graphics, collaborate in real-time meetings and retain complete visibility and accountability of their design discussions.
